Hi Robert

Using the PacketLogger might also be an option for end users - it just requires
a Mac. The other obvious approach would be to use an expensive dual mode
Bluetooth Sniffer. For single connections, you could use an open-source/free LE
sniffer, but the interaction between multiple devices seems to be the problem
on your end.
