Well, be fair:
Although from time to time Apple Legal has been know to do stupid,
ham-fisted, hare-brained things that were not in Apple's or anyone
else's best interests, they've never gone as far as Adobe did in
railroading Dmitry.
Incidentally, that's why Adobe is the second company on my list of
vendors with which I will never again do business. (MicroSquish got on
the list entirely on the basis of their incompetence in the area of
security.)
