If nothing is happening, then it's a bug. Please file one with
information about what build of X you are running, and include the HTML
involved (i.e. the link you are attempting to get to work, that doesn't).
Without more information, I can't tell you what's supposed to be
happening. There are many different kinds of help: links.

Those pages are designed to be viewed in Apple's Help Viewer, which I
believe is the only HTML renderer that understands help URLs.
Unfortunately, Help Viewer has its own problems like noncustomizable
text sizes and colors and lack of scroll wheel support. So you've got
to choose whether you want a customizable interface or the ability to
see what's attached to those help URLs. That's why I normally keep
both open, so I can do most stuff in OmniWeb, and switch over to Help
Viewer when I need to use one of those links(which is rare).

So I try clicking on about 60 help URL icons in Help Viewer, but
NOTHING happens. How is this supposed to work? I tried with and
without an internet connection.
