it sets up the framework path and then launches your app. it's pretty cool, though really Apple should just have it search the right path automatically.

This launcher doesn't work on Systems that were upgraded from Mac OS X Public Beta like mine. When updating OmniWeb, I always have to copy the frameworks into a certain place (/Users/Shared/Omni/, /Applications/OmniWeb.app/SharedFrameworks or somewhere else, that changes from time to time) and do a mv .OmniWeb OmniWeb inside Contents/MacOS/ to get it to work.
