Cocoa only exists on the Mac, and Apple has not made any announcements

I have written several very large systems with Qt and respectfully
disagree
with you. Most cross-platform frameworks are very poor, but Qt is about
1/3
as good as NeXTSTEP.
I've also heard (from Greg Anderson) that Delphi is tolerable, though
I've never had to tolerate it myself ;-)
