I guess you can't, since Finder is not a native (sorry boys, could not resist ;))) Cocoa application. But I don't know Carbon that well, so perhaps someone would tell you that it's possible -- and how. Or there might be some special plugin architecture in Finder just for that, whose documentation I've
missed...

Alas, in Cocoa it would be child's play using Services... which is the real reason I am writing this reply: it suggests to wait till 10.1, since it is said to support Services anywhere (at least I hope). Without Services it
would not be that easy even in Cocoa, so the waiting might be worth to.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a lot is waiting on 10.1.
