It's in headerdoc format. You can just read the headers with the
comments or use the headerdoc project from Darwin to process it into
HTML documentation.
I forget his name (Brian Hill?), but someone did an excellent tutorial
on it over at http://www.stepwise.com

Yeah, I read that article, but felt that "surely Apple PROPERLY
documented this stuff somewhere"... <sigh>
And the funny part about it is I thought to myself, "maybe I oughta'
take a look at the headers" and the other side of my brain said "naw,
it's in a document somewhere, you just missed it". Well one side of my
brain apparently loses (I guess it doesn't control the fingers! <grin>).
