Regarding NSURL -
1. Can it return the status code of WHY it fails? ie. 200=success, 404=not
found, 403=forbidden ? Or is there another way to do this?
2. Can it return MIME types?
3. Is there a better way to check if a NSString is a valid URL than by
simply doing a check to see if the start of the string contains http:// and
if not, then adding it?
All of this is for running Cocoa under OBJ-C, and not Java.
