WHY oh WHY is NIAccess a private framework on OS X 10.0.x? NetInfo is
still needed on OS X, so just for no apparent reason we're reduced to
supposedly having to use the C API? Well gee, that's wonderful. Thanks,
guys, for making my life more difficult than it has to be. Oh wait, no,
my bad, I think I'll just use the included documentation and figure it
out myself, or is this a bad idea for reasons unbeknown to us mere
mortals? There isn't even a note about it in the release notes, AFAICT.
