Actually, there is one, in a way. It not really supported, but the Developer Tools CD (definitely in 10.0.1, possibly in 10.0) includes a MacsBug-like terminal interface for gdb that one of our internal engineers put together. Check out /usr/libexec/gdb/plugins/MacsBug/README.html for more information.
