Look at adc, there are sample code that do the whole desktop snapshot,
'Snapshot' and 'SuperSnapshot' IIRC. Maybe you can find something in
there that will help you do it per window instead of per screen.

Or look for ScreenGlass source code on the net, it's from Girard
Iglesias. It's a Pixie replacement. Again, doesn't directly do what
you want but it can be a good start.
