I think this is another aspect of the differences between the use of HelpViewer
for getting help about iTunes or Mail, and its use in reading technical documentation.
The requirements for each are very different.

Yep, and that's why we're coming up with ways to make the help system much more flexible, so that it can better suit different target audiences' needs.



PS: Sorry if I bash on HelpViewer. It's not so good (yet). You rock, though. ;)
