Yes, Vince, the mojo is there: but I would not have known where to look two months ago, and maybe Johan is new enough to not have figured it out,
either. Until Apple provide a COMPREHENSIVE guide to Cocoa, people on this list need to cut EVERY _lame_ question asked some major slack! I asked some pretty silly stuff early on, and will probably do so again, and you know what?: I got several "Go away and stop the noise" e-mails, mostly on-list although the most hostile were admittedly private, but just as many, mostly off-list, replies telling me to ignore the holier-than-thou gurus. If the gurus who think folks like me and Johan are making too muck noise, then they should support a Beginners List.

Alot of the engineers at Apple are trying to help. All we really ask everyone before asking a question is to look at the Mailing list archive and search there to see if someone has asked the same question.

But if you post a message a vulgar message to the list, it isn't going to help you getting help.

There are no stupid questions, i think some people are getting upset because the same questions get asked over and over, since there is a archive of the list please look at the archive first then post.

In your post if you make it obvious that you've looked at a bunch of other places i can guarantee that people will be more responsive.
