The word from the ProjectBuilder-Users mailing list is that you should
use the Apple internal lists. Since they available only to Apple
employees, you shouldn't be violating your NDA. For example, questions
about NDA stuff applicable to Cocoa should go to cocoa-
email@hidden. Each engineering group at Apple has such a
mail list to which persons external to Apple may send inquiries,
requests, bugs, etc... I've found most of these addresses by searching
the release notes.
