Third, you don't have to answer every single question that pops up. If it is "stupid" in your opinion, then perhaps you are not the best person to answer it. I have found recieved many HELPFUL replies to what appear, at first, to be RTFM questions.

Well, in some cases RTFM and pointing users to where in the manual to look can be useful. Like if you didn't understand inheritance properly you might overlook things in the "inherits from" bit on every class doc page. Or if people weren't aware a certain class existed or what it does...

Yes, if you have read the manual and you can't understand it, that is a different thing.

Can't we just all get along? :-)
