Here's what happened in THAT case. A subscriber to this list set up a
.forward, which was being rejected. The site he was subscribed from was then
returning the error to you, the poster, instead of the list admin. Why?
Don't ask me -- these standards are only a decade old. I guess you can't
expect mail-server authors to implement stuff that quickly.
When you get these kind of bounces, forward them to the admins. Since the
bounce is going to the wrong place, we never see them, so we can't remove
the offending address.
FWIW, that address is removed. The errors should go away soon.
