Not the best answer, but I have no idea... I feel your pain though; it's
far harder to make a decent, compliant Aqua icon right now than it needs
to be.
It's probably in
/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.
framework/Versions/A/Resources/HIToolbox.rsrc but that's a data fork
format resource file which requires hacks just to open.
There are some icns files in
/System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources but it doesn't
look like the one you want is there. Look elsewhere under /System/Library/
and perhaps you'll get lucky.
I submitted a bug via Radar for Apple to make all the generic icons
available as tiffs or Photoshop files. Under 9 it was fairly simple to
take a screenshot & work with that, but with OSX's alpha channels that's
no longer possible.
