I keep getting the warning message,
Cannot find class(factory) method,
followed by,
return type for methodName defaults to id.
I defined the method in question in the same file (hell, the same
implementation!) as where the error messages spring up. What's going on? I
derived from NSObject, and these methods are initWith methods that give the
error. I can post code if my problem is not just a hopeless newbie
overlooking something obvious. I should hope I don't need forward
declarations for the class I am defining. And yes, I've checked,
double-checked, and renamed the method twice (arguments, anyway). I hate to
ask on this list, but there doesn't seem to be any kind of documentation on
this kind of error. If you could even point me in the right direction, I
would be very grateful, and would reduce a little traffic on this list in
the future.
TIA,
