It is listed in France for 60 (Euros), which is about 54 $. So it is just that Amazon likes to have a huge margin for book export. Don't know if the publisher is aware of that.

And to answer your question all EU countries switch to Euro the 1st january except UK, Denmark and Sweden. That makes already twelve countries.
.. The English prefer to see the face of their queen on their banknotes, I believe ;-)
