Call me a luddite, call me a sentimental old fool if you will, but
purely for nostalgia's sake I walked down the street and purchased this
book yesterday at a "Book Store", which I understand is how my
great-great-grandfather used to buy his programming books.
(Attention Canadians on the list, my local Chapters actually had 3
copies in stock.)
Where can I find this? I looked on Amazon.com, and they said it wasn't
published yet...
