Jamie -

If you used NSUserDefaults to write the preferences, you can use the CFPreferences APIs to read them from a Carbon application.

I created an application that saves it's own settings using cocoa to build the app. Is there a way that I can access those application preferences from a program written in Carbon? I wrote an extension plug in to the application, but you can only use Carbon to build plug ins for this app and not Cocoa. Thanks in advance!
