Have a look for "GNUWebStep" at www.gnustep.org. It includes a
re-implementation of the Enterprise Objects Framework, roughly
equivalent to EOF 1.0.

With the small drawback that it doesn't work on Mac OS X...
I tried to compile it, but it has too many bindings to the rest of GNUstep.
