It looks like the stack of thread 2, which has crashed, may not be in a
wholesome state during creation of the thread.
_OARecordAllocationEvent() there is crawling back up the call stack
looking for the "top", to record the backtrace for the malloc event, and
has probably gone off in the weeds. Frame #7 looks just plain wrong
too, in this backtrace computed by the crash catcher.
File a bug with Apple against ObjectAlloc or Cocoa.
