Completion Dictionary is a free Project Builder plugin that enhances the
built in text completion mechanism provided by Project Builder. You simply
type a few letters - either the abbreviation of a macro or the initials of a
symbol name - and hit Escape. Completion Dictionary will do the rest:
* Macro Expansion
A set of user defined macros is searched for an entry matching the
abbreviation you typed in. The macros may also contain a number of
"placeholder fields". The text range of those fields will be preselected,
ready to be filled out immediately.
* Symbol Completion
Completion Dictionary also integrates the built in completion capabilities
of Project Builder. If there's no macro found for a given abbreviation,
symbol completion will be performed instead of macro expansion.
Completion Dictionary 3.1 is now available for download from:

What's new in version 3.1
* Automatic indention of multi-line macros, allows to insert code
snippets properly indented.
* Macro expansion can now be reverted using the "Undo" command.
* The macro editor has been revised (New User Interface, Undo now
works properly, several minor bugfixes, etc.)
* Completion Dictionary caused Project Builder to crash when Escape
was pressed in an empty textfield. This bug has been fixed.
* Abbreviations are no longer allowed to contain characters other
than letters, digits or underscores (Exception: single character
abbreviations may use any character).
* The Import from Edit.app (.editdict) feature has been removed.
* Installation instructions have been corrected / updated.
* The "old" versions of Project Builder (ProjectBuilder for OPENSTEP,
Mac OS X Server 1.x and ProjectBuilderWO for Mac OS X) are no longer
supported. Please download Completion Dictionary 3.0 instead.
Best Regards, Norbert
