Turing-complete is Computer Science 101 and means that any problem that can be solved by a computer can be solved using the language or computer described. There are problems that probably can not be solved by computers. There are problems that certainly can not be solved by computers. There are problems that certainly can be solved by computers, and all such problems can be solved using a Turing-complete computer.
