Check out this Windows XP feature. From what I understand NeXT could do
this too and it has been disabled/removed for Mac OS X. Can Apple do
this too?

Last thing we need if for Windows XP to be better than OS X!

Reminds me of the car commercial where the guy is able to roll all the
windows down on his car from the outside -- possibly useful, but how
often?
