Objective-C is very well documented. the grammar is on line. The sources
for several different run-times are available. There are books (probably
now out of print) that describe the "Design and Evolution of Objective-C."
By Novabliski and Cox. There are on-line manuals.

You could read tutorials.
You could look at copious example code.
