Finding hostname and sharename of an afp mount

Does anyone know how to find the server hostname and share name of an
AppleShare mounted volume?

The statfs struct contains the same as the result of the 'mount' command:
afp_0atykc2eoxRp4FCeLr11pHcH-2 on /Volumes/MacShare

Can this be decoded, or is there another call that can go from a FSSpec or
something similar to a hostname/sharename pair?
