Er, wasn't there a working ObjC++ for OpenStep?

And if there won't be an ObjC++, why does ProjectBuilder hint at it by
attempting to compile .M (ObjC++) source files?

Plus, C++ can be _really_ useful, even in a Cocoa app. For example, I can
use the ObjC part for interfacing with Cocoa, and C++ to handle internal
objects when speed is critical.
