Sorry, I did not read carefully enough. This idea would work well. The only
question seems to be whether it is worth to be done, since for the storage
online the size is not that important with the today's disk sizes (which seem
to grow much faster than app and framework sizes!).

It would be nice though to be able to get apps frameworkless through Inet,
since bandwidth *DOES NOT* grow as fast as app/framework sizes, but here this
idea does not seem to help much :(
