[OT] Which Email Client under OSX?

This is definitely off topic, but I'm sure this is also a decent place to
ask: I am finally making OS X my primary OS, and that means ditching the
slow, behemoth Entourage as my email client. I have ~10 email accounts, 8
mailing lists, and a few personalized folders. Are there any OS X clients
that can handle this sort of stuff and do it quickly and well??
