Exactly the same NSTableView works in the "main" window (so all
properties are set for resizing and column headers are visible), I think
it's a Cocoa bug, I haven't tried so far, but maybe column resizing
(from user via mouse) depends on being in the frontmost window (the
mouse cursor changes too) and maybe a drawer belonging to the front
window returns a private drawer window to the NSTableView so that it
thinks it's in a background window...
