In addition to the other apps mentioned, there's the app I'm working on,
called SQLGrinder (http://www.sqlgrinder.com) that is a 100% Cocoa
Java/Objective C hybrid. I think most of the new Mac OS X development you
will find will be Cocoa. Apps that already existed before for OS 9 will most
likely be Carbon right now.
