I stand by my assessment that Apple's documentation leaves a lot to be desired, and I have seen enough other people articulate this better than I to know I'm right; however, given my visualization problem, it might NOT be quite as bad as I first thought. So, does any of this ring a bell with anyone; if you had, or have, this visualization problem how did you get past it? What I really need is an application that will display Cocoa in three dimensions, with or without red and blue glasses!

I think you can start with a less complex OO development enviroment, then when you are confortable with that other enviroment, return to Cocoa and try again to "visualize" it.

In my case before Cocoa, I only tried some sort of OOP in REALbasic, and I think RB is a good place to get a feeling about "3D" programming enviroments. I know it is risky to speak about REALbasic without the danger of starting a flame war (there are lots of REALhaters out there) but I think it was of help in my case to have some background in RB before "getting" Cocoa.
