Really!? My circumstance may be unusual, but probably not: It's a sub view in na NSImageView in a NSDocument. Do you have a little app you could send with this working, I'd like to see if it performs the same on my machine, a 10.0.3 G4 450 AGP, 129MB RAM. I've noticed that some drawing functions in my app behave slightly differently on slower machines. For example, on the new iBook, with 320MB RAM, methods which require the window to enlarge during a mouse event loop are not able to make the window enlarge! But on my machine, it's fine. Bizarre!
