This is not good UE. Mac OS 9 does not consider a video adapter to represent a monitor.
If you have two video cards, and only one monitor connected to them, everything will
reposition itself to appear on the one monitor. Besides, if you don't have a monitor
connected, how can the OS know what resolution the video adapter is driving?
The last thing that OS X needs is another thing that OS 9 did better.
