I had that problem with the previous version of WO 5 (when you needed a
seed to download it).
The problem was that the downloaded file was not really a .sit or a .dmg
or .img, but rather a .tar.gz.
Try renaming the file, adding the extension .tar.gz and see if the
stuffit expander can decompress that and turn it into a usable image.
