I have the lowest level developer level (free), I may have agreed to an NDA, but I don't remember, besides, what does apple want me to hide, when the information is freely available?

You are allowed to talk about everything that is public (for example Mac OS 9.1, WO5 and Mac OS X 10.0.3), but not about things you can only know when you're a developer (for example Mac OS 9.2, WO6 and Mac OS X 10.0.4).

They explicitly stated that when Mac OS X DP4 was released.
