I'm getting a strong disconnect here...
I've seen another poster, on, I think, another forum, post a similar
question, a while ago.
What I don't understand (the disconnect) is why a user would want to
create a "new folder" in an /open/ dialogue? I can understand it for a
/save/ dialogue (save-as, or saving a new document), but not in a dialogue
that's initiated when the user wishes to obtain and open an already existent
file (hence, by extension, it's in an already existent directory).
What are you, and this other programmer, trying to do? Where did you
get the idea that an /open/ dialogue should need the ability to create a
"new folder"?
