You can find some Project Builder templates to code an Assistant in
Cocoa here :

The code is 99% complete (only the privilege part is not implemented),
the doc is 1% complete. And there is an example.
This code should allow you to code Assistants like the Display
Calibrator utility.
I wanted to code a CVS Setup assistant since it's a nightmare to setup
CVS and finally ended to create this Kit.
