Icon for docklings - HAL

Hi,

I'm having difficulties defining the icon for a dockling. First, I tried to add it the same way I would for an app: check it's there in the files pane of the target, and set the name in the bundle settings pane. But it doesn't work.
Second, I know how to dynamically set the icon of an app in applicationDidFinishLaunching, but it doesn't apply to a dockling. The comments from Brian Webster on Stepwise regarding the use of the window and controller view are rather obscure to me. Some deeper explanations (even a code snippet) would be most welcome.

The other question is regarding HAL and CoreAudio. I know there are several channels on my AudioDevice, but I've been unable to determine how many, nor what they are used for. Is there a doc which I didn't find? From the daisy example provided, I guess there are at least 6 channels, but I'm not so sure there are not 32, or 64 or 2 depending on how many apps are trying to use that audiodevice.

Thanks
Cyril Godefroy
