SimpleText used to be TeachText, when it became SimpleText, its
creator code remained ttxt (and the file type ttro is TeachText
Read-Only) Now that TextEdit has superceded SimpleText, it should
adopt ttxt instead of text. A file with type TEXT and creator text.
