I just did that to internet explorer, omniweb and the internet preferences'
default applications file such that omni is now associated with all html and
url files. It works great!

Which icons are displayed for hmtl docs in your Finder, IE's or Omni's?

I had no problem changing the Web default to OmniWeb in the Preferences and the Finder's Info panel, but I still get IE's icons displayed. :-((
