jpeg & image library?

Anybody know of a simple jpeg / image library that I can link into my Obj-C Cocoa app? All I need is simple stuff like rotate 90 degrees, resize, write jpeg files with various compression levels, etc. The AppKit appears to have most of the stuff I need, but some parts are missing. (I'm not an image expert; maybe they're easy to write?)
