Dragging the title is supposed to move it, you have to click, hold, THEN move the proxy icon. once you get used to it, you will not be able to live without it I gander.

If I drag on the icon in the title of a Finder window, the window doesn't move, but there's no drag icon, and no drag highlighting if I drag the mouse around.

Is there something wrong with my 10.0.3 install?
