Think Reference is still maintained and included on the MacTech CD, the 2001 edition of which is $119 for a limited time or something like that. And no, they don't pay me to endorse it (I don't even have it), but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Also offtopic, you can actually call Quartz from Carbon, one of you seemed to think otherwise.
