Well, the NSWindows95InterfaceStyle is a remnant from the OPENSTEP Enterprise era. (And, I'd assume relevant to WebObjects on Windows.)

You should also consider that they just got rid of the last vestige of cross platform Cocoa by going pure Java in WebObjects 5.

Thus, I don't think Apple will be making Cocoa cross-platform again, at least not until they have migrated fully to Mac OS X.
