Newbie question...

Greetings from the newbie side. First of all, is there a Cocoa-dev list for those just starting off that can ask *really* dumb questions without invoking the wrath of the Gods?

My experience with programming is limited to 3 semesters of OOP C++ in college and a decade or so of HyperCard. I understand OOP principles, but luckily haven't done enough C++ to learn BAD OOP. ;-) This is my first attempt at programming for an OS as opposed to just DOS/UNIX type straight C junk.

So I thought I'd start off easy and build some familiarity with the tools by following the O'Reilly Cocoa tutorial that requires no code. And yet I manage to screw THAT up!

I followed the instructions exactly according to http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/a/mac/2001/05/18/cocoa.html. And yet when I build and try to run, nothing happens. I debug, and it tells me "error: executable path is nil".

I've looked through the project settings and can't find a thing. Any clue? Is my dev tools installation botched, or did I do something really stupid?

Thanks. I want to make sure I didn't miss an obvious step or screw something up with my install before I move up to the Vermont Recipies tutorial...
