Cocoa Palettes - "Guide to What's What?"

Regarding the "Cocoa Palettes" window of Interface Builder, is there any documentation that tells you exactly what everything is?

I mean, when you see a button, it's pretty obvious that it's a button; but I don't think it's so obvious what every single thing found in the palette is. (I've also noticed that holding the cursor over these various items does not reveal a "Tool Tip.")

Taking into account the tons and tons of documentation that came with the Developer Tools CD, I would find it remarkable if there were no documentation regarding this aspect of Interface Builder.

Anyone know of any reference material that has this? Thanks!
