I am another newbie looking for some basic help. I am
coding in Java and having problems figuring out how to
use my EOModel in code. I tried doing a fetch using
EOUtilities. I am not sure if this is how you go about
interacting with the model when using Cocoa. If
someone can get me pointed in the right direction, i
would appreciate it.

here is what i have been trying to work out, but i get
errors of incompatible types:
EOEditingContext ec = new EOEditingContext();
array = EOUtilities.objectMatchingKeyAndValue(ec,
"User", "firstName", "John");
